50 percent Germans have Anti-Muslim sentiment

Anti-Muslims thoughts is not a new things for the European folks, but this time in Germany it is on its peak. The 50% Germans have negative thinking towards Muslim folks. It has been steadily grown-up in last two years. According to results of a recent study by Leipzig University released in Berlin on Wednesday.

A survey showed that 50% of Germans said, “Sometimes we feel like a foreigner in their own country due to so many Muslims living here,” while nearly 41 percent advocated a ban on Muslim migration.

The comprehensive study revealed that increment of negative thoughts towards Muslims and refugees is on high in Germany.

The entire population of Germany is around 81.1 million, amongst, five percent are Muslims. Amid nearly four million Muslim residents in the country, three million are of Turkish origin. Many of these people migrated to Germany in the 1960s.
